How long does delivery take?
For orders that don’t include a Mystery Box or Fable Scoop: UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination - you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can keep an eye on it.
Mystery Boxes/Fable Scoops typically take longer, and times may be up to a week before dispatch.

We’re based in the UK, but ship worldwide! International orders are sent at a flat rate based on the weight of the package: shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer - but we are able to cover these fees for US customers!

UK orders qualify for free shipping on orders over £50 - no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. Orders under £50 are charged at a standard rate. International orders are flat rate only and do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.

First, check your tracking number (sent via email when your order was dispatched) to see the latest update. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you as soon as possible!

We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed - but get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

We have two mystery products: the Fable Scoop and the Mystery Fidget Box. Both are curated bundles of squishies, fidgets and sensory toys packed by us. The Fable Scoop uses a capsule reveal mechanic where each capsule pulled reveals a word that determines what goes in your bundle. The Mystery Fidget Box is simpler: you pick your budget and we do the rest. Both are guaranteed to be worth at least what you paid!

The Fable Scoop is our limited weekly drop! Only 7 are available each week, restocking every Friday at 9pm UK time, and every single order comes with its own packing video posted to our socials. It uses our capsule reveal mechanic to determine what goes inside. The Mystery Fidget Box is always in stock, available in a range of price points (£20-£100), and is fully open to customisation requests: themes, colours, aesthetics, you name it. It also has a free packing video upgrade available while slots last.

The Fable Scoop restocks every Friday at 9pm UK time! Only 7 are available per week and they're limited to one per person. Follow us on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube so you never miss a drop, or sign up to our mailing list for restock reminders.
Can I request specific items?

Yes! You're welcome to leave preferences in the Special Requests box at checkout - things like colour palettes, themes, aesthetics, or items you'd rather not receive. We genuinely try our best to accommodate reasonable requests. The more detail you give us on the Mystery Fidget Box, the more personal we can make it: we love a heavily themed order! Please note that all requests are treated as preferences, not guarantees, and some requests fall outside what we're able to accommodate. See below for details.
What counts as an unreasonable request?

To keep things fair and preserve the mystery element, we're not able to accommodate requests that significantly restrict what we can include. This covers things like brand or item exclusions (e.g. "no Needoh" or "only Squishmallows"), demands about item quantity or size (e.g. "include at least 5 items"), or anything that contradicts the nature of a mystery product. Placing an order means you're happy with this - full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

We do our best to track previous orders and avoid sending the same items twice, but because our bundles are packed at random we can't guarantee that duplicates won't occur, especially across multiple orders over time. If you're a returning customer, feel free to mention items you've already received in the Special Requests box and we'll do our best to work around them.
What is the value guarantee?

Every mystery bundle is packed to at least the value you paid, based on our retail prices. The Fable Scoop typically exceeds this: sometimes by quite a bit! The Mystery Fidget Box is guaranteed to meet the value you paid as a minimum. Please note that value is calculated based on our own retail pricing and may differ from other retailers.
How do I get an order packing video?

Every Fable Scoop order is filmed as standard: no need to do anything, your video is guaranteed! For the Mystery Fidget Box, a free video upgrade is available while slots last, simply add it to your order at checkout. If video slots are unavailable, we may still choose to film particularly creative or themed boxes at our own discretion, though this is never guaranteed.

Because of the nature of mystery products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on item preference: for example, if you didn't like what was included or received something you already own. We may accept a return of an entire unopened bundle at our discretion - please contact us before sending anything back. We're unable to accept returns for individual items within a bundle unless they are faulty or damaged.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible!

Please get in touch with your order number and let us know what's missing. We pack every order carefully, but mistakes do occasionally happen and we'll always put them right. Please note that mystery bundles don't come with a contents list, so if you have a query about your bundle's value rather than a missing item, we're happy to help with that too.
