- For orders that don’t include a Mystery Box or Fable Scoop: UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination - you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can keep an eye on it.
- Mystery Boxes/Fable Scoops typically take longer, and times may be up to a week before dispatch.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
